Part 2：演講必學技巧——用「列舉法」說明演講架構與流程

 

 

　　列舉法（listing）就是利用one, two, three, first, second, third, the next, finally等字眼來將要說的資訊清楚地列出來，善用這些說法可有助觀眾更加了解你的演講架構與流程。

 

• I will start off開始 by giving you background information on...... I will then go on to talk about...... At last, I will highlight強調...... And if there is some time left, I'll elaborate闡述 more on......

我在一開始時會給您……的背景資訊。然後我會接著談論……。最後，我將強調……。如果還剩一些時間，我將進一步闡述……。

 

•  There are three things we need to cover today. One is…… ; two is…...; three is……; and four is……

今天的演講要涵蓋四件事。一是……；二是……：三是……；四是…。

 

• I have divided my talk into three parts. In the first part, ...... In the second part, ...... And in the final part......

我的演講將會分成三部分。第一部分……，第二部份……，以及在最後一部份……。

 

•  Today, I have three main points. First, I will talk about...... Next, I will show you...... And finally, I intend打算 to discuss......

我今天有三個主要重點。第一，我會談到……。接著我會讓您知道……。最後，我打算討論……。

 

•  My presentation is divided into three parts. First, I’ll spend a couple of minutes兩三分鐘 introducing...... Second, I'm going to talk about...... Finally, I’ll discuss......

我的演講分成三部分。第一，我會花兩三分鐘的時間介紹……。第二 ，我會談到……。最後，我會討論……。
