HSI extends its rise to 500+ pts and is now at 19,630

[ET Net News Agency, 26 September 2024] The Hang Seng Index extended its rise to more
than 500 points, or 500 points to 19,629. The Hang Seng Index now rose 500 points, or 2.6%
to 19,629; with market turnover of 128.51b; the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index now rose
203 points, or 3% to 6,968; the Hang Seng TECH Index now rose 189 points, or 4.8% to
4,114.
BABA-W (09988) now rose HK$5.9, or 6.5% to HK$97.2, with turnover of HK$8.71b; MEITUAN-W
(03690) rose HK$8.3, or 5.9% to HK$149.6, with turnover of HK$6.09b; TENCENT (00700) rose
HK$17.6, or 4.3% to HK$423, with turnover of HK$10.17b. (ed)
