There were 817 short-selling stocks. CSOP HS TECH (03033) and TRACKER FUND (02800) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$1.88 billion and HK$768.43 million, or 12.03% and 4.91% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 30.87% and 16.48% of respective stock's turnover.
BABA-W (09988) and TENCENT (00700) registered HK$599.96 million and HK$579.56 million of short sales, accounting for 3.83% and 3.7% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 21.61% and 12.06% of respective stock's turnover.
