There were 880 short-selling stocks. BABA-W (09988) and CSOP HS TECH (03033) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$14.2 billion and HK$4.61 billion, or 23.4% and 7.59% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 34.99% and 44.69% of respective stock's turnover.
TRACKER FUND (02800) and HSCEI ETF (02828) registered HK$4.39 billion and HK$3.06 billion of short sales, accounting for 7.23% and 5.04% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 24.8% and 40.76% of respective stock's turnover.
