closed up 99 points, or 1.1% at 8,991; the Hang Seng TECH Index closed up 95 points, or
1.7% at 5,578.
BABA-W(09988), TENCENT(00700) and SMIC(00981) saw largest turnover among HSI
constituents; BABA-W closed up HK$1.2, or 0.8% to HK$144.5, with turnover of HK$8.7b;
TENCENT closed up HK$3.5, or 0.6% to HK$600, with turnover of HK$8.13b; SMIC closed up
HK$2.95, or 4.2% to HK$72.5, with turnover of HK$6.74b. BABA-W, TENCENT and SMIC saw
largest turnover among CEI constituents. BABA-W, TENCENT and SMIC saw largest turnover
