COMPANY PROFILE
iMotion Automotive Technology is an autonomous driving solution provider in China with a focus on AD domain controllers. It has commercialized level 2 to level 2, and is developing level 2 to level 4, autonomous driving solutions for automotive manufacturers (OEMs).

In terms of revenue generated from sales of AD domain controller solutions in 2022, it was the fourth largest AD domain controller provider in China taking into account the in-house developed domain controllers by OEMs, with a market share of 8.6%.

During the period comprising FY2020, FY2021, FY2022 and 6M2023, it generated most of its revenue from the sale of autonomous driving solutions and products to OEMs and it delivered approximately 130,000 units of AD domain controllers in total. As of 4 December 2023, it obtained letters of nomination associated with 16 renowned OEM customers.

The Group’s customers primarily consist of OEMs that install its autonomous driving solutions and products on its vehicles.
